Come and be a part of our series for 2010 and experience a well organized Duathlon Series.
Pre Entrants receive a goody bag and moisture management T-shirt
Day Entrants receive goody bag only
Kids Start @ 9h00 5-10 yr 500m Run, 2,5km Bike, 500m Run
11-14 yr 1km Run, 5km Bike, 1km Run
Main Race Start @ 10h00 5km Run, 20km Bike (road/off road), 2,5km Run (see venues and dates attached)
Above event is a Duathlon, Run, Cycle (road/off road) and Run again (see venues and dates attached)
The entry fees: Individual pre entry R185, Late entry R220
Team pre entry R260, late entry R350
Kiddies pre entry R65, late entry R90
Prize Money for the main event and lots of spot prizes
Kiddies will receive spot prizes only, and everyone qualifies!!!
The school best represented, will receive a R 5000.00 reward
