All athletes to be registered with TSA or their national federations.
All South African athletes to enter via their province.
All foreign (non South African) athletes to enter via their national federations.
No late entries will be accepted.
2010 SA Duathlon Championships athletes entered in categories Elite, U23 and 16 – 19 are automatically entered for the 2010 Bloemfontein ATU Duathlon African Championships.
2010 SA Long Distance Duathlon Championships athletes entered in the Elite category are automatically entered for the 2010 Bloemfontein ATU Long Distance Duathlon African Championships.


REGISTRATION
Juniors and seniors (including elites) Friday 28 May 2010; 16h00 - 17h00 UOFS Cricket club house.
Race briefing will be held 15 minutes prior to the race for each respective category.

Entry fees: 
    - Elite and Senior Athletes:         R 280-00 
    - Junior Athletes:                         R 240-00 
    - Development wave / Fun Event: No Entry Fees / Finishers Medal Only
