This event doubles as the Central Gauteng Triathlon Championships.
Three races at each event:
1. 08:00 Olympic Distance: 1.5km Swim/40km Cycle/10km Run (min age 18)
2. 10:00 Sprint Triathlon: 750m Swim/20km Cycle/5km Run (min age 16)
3. 10:05 Mini Triathlon: 400m Swim/10km Cycle/2.5km Run (min age 12)
